Duties:
* Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to brand standards
* Conducting technical fault-finding and implementing effective solutions
* Liaising with customers to explain repairs and maintenance requirements
* Mentoring and supporting junior technicians to develop their skills
* Ensuring the workshop maintains high standards of safety and cleanliness
* Complying with dealership processes and industry regulations
