Perform efficient and high-quality repairs. Maintain a net and organised workspace. Stay up-to-date on new industry trends and suitcase technologies Communicate politely and clearly with customers that come to the repair studio and those who call or message. Preferred Skills & Qualities: Flexible availability Positive can-do attitude. Confident using Microsoft Teams and what’s app business. Patient and able to work under pressure. Qualifications Skills required: Previous experience in retail. Excellent people skills. Team player and motivator. Target driven. Brand sensibility Good command of English Flexibility. Productive during downtime. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to withstand constant standing, bending, and frequent lifting of luggage, up to 15kg per item. (Adhere to manual lifting procedure.) Computer literate.
