Key Responsibilities - Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth start to their pool experience. - Promote and sell pool essentials like armbands, goggles, and other swim accessories. - Provide information on pool schedules, safety rules, and available amenities. - Maintain an organised, welcoming reception area, contributing to a clean and safe environment. - Monitor bookings and pool capacity to maintain a safe and enjoyable setting for all guests.
