This is a hybrid role (both in terms of what you’ll be doingandwhere you will work), combining hands-on HR consultancy with business operations and leadership.It’s ideal for someone commercially aware and operationally minded, who enjoys variety and fast-paced environments. If you've ever thought about running your own HR consultancy, this could be the perfect opportunity, with the chance to help lead a growing business without the risk.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will oversee day-to-day service delivery, operations and line management of the HR team.Implement systems for monitoring workflow, priorities, and team capacity.Oversee and support high-quality client service, coordinating client onboarding, ensuring timely delivery, communication and customer serviceDeliver HR consultancy services to clients: advice, policy creation, complex investigations, deliver engaging, practical training.Support the MD on commercial growth strategy and marketing direction, assisting to drive accountability and follow-through on proposals, sales leads, and internal projects.Represent EVOLVE in external meetings, networking, on social media (Tiktok/linkedin), and at events when required.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of5+ years’ experience in an HR/Senior management roleExperiencing managing a teamExperience in a commercial, operational delivery settingCIPD or relevant business QualificationStrong working knowledge ofNI/UK employment lawWe’re looking for someone who is:A confident HR professional -with strong generalist experience and comfortable delivering hands-on HR support across ER, policies, and compliance.Commercially sharp and solutions-focused, youunderstand how HR can drive business success and can spots opportunities to improve systems, add value, or improve delivery.Anorganised operator - reliable, calmand able toproject manage deadlines, juggle plates, and keep the team on track.A people person - who canbuilds relationships and trust quickly with clients and team members. Warm, enthusiastic, and communicates with clarity.Independent but collaborative– you know how to get the best out of people without micromanaging, and can bring about positive challenge in a supportive way.Self-motivatedand excited byvariety and autonomyto manage your own time. A willingness toroll your sleeves upand get stuck in.Positive and change-resilient.This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to co-work in Belfast City Centre.
