We are ideally looking for a Director or Senior Manager who wants a clear, structured pathway to becoming a Managing Director, or a current Managing Director, who wants to be part of a more ethical organisation.
Our group of companies has been created as an ethical care alliance, where there is a profit cap, to ensure the revenue is spent on the service users themselves. Alongside this, all of the companies in our group, except one, are social enterprises, where 50%+ of the profits are given to charities and good causes. The remaining company operates as a not for profit.
This organisation is called Home Town Care, as we believe children should not be moved around the country, according to where services are currently available. We believe that local services should be created and tailored in the home town or local area, which the child knows best and importantly, where their family and friends are close by, so they can visit and help support the individual with greater ease.
We believe in putting the quality of care first, with all services in our group receiving Good or Outstanding ratings from both Ofsted and CQC. We have never had a requires improvement or inadequate rating for any of our services, throughout our groups history.
We wish to help support as many children as possible. As such, our growth plan for the successful individual, is based on growth of the services. The financial remuneration and title, also growth with this. As seen below:
* Starting Salary: £80,000
* 2 Homes Open: £90,000
* 4 Homes Open: £100,000 and promotion to Managing Director
* 6 Homes Open: £110,000
* 8 Homes Open: £120,000
* 10 Homes Open: £130,000
* 12+ Homes Open: (Negotiable based on maximum ethical pay at the time)
Core Responsibilities
* Open a series of children's residential services across the Midlands;
* Create an environment where the children can thrive, tailoring services for their needs;
* Ensure the safety of the children at all times;
* Work closely with family members and friends, to enhances the child's development and day to day environment;
* Successfully manage a team of staff and play a pivotal part in their recruitment. (You can be supported by our group's recruitment companies and teams for this).
What we are looking for:
* Someone with a track record of opening children's residential services, which have been rated Good or Outstanding with Ofsted;
* An ambitious individual, who is keen to make a lasting positive impact on as many children's lives as possible, through opening new services at a fast rate;
* A values driven and commercially savvy professional, who can balance caring for children, with sound financial management, to ensure as much of the funds goes into the care of the children.
