Our client is a growing Fintech Lender specialising in fast, flexible funding for UK SMEs. As part of their growth we are looking for an experienced Broker Account Manager to join the commercial team. This is a fast-paced role, where you'll be supporting the commercial sales team with their existing broker relationships and new business pipeline. You’ll play a key part in converting a strong sales pipeline and ensuring a seamless transition through to pay out.
🔑 Responsibilities
* Manage and build relationships with existing broker partners
* Act as first point of contact for brokers, answering the mainline and email enquiries
* Chase and progress deals from enquiry to completion
* Liaise with brokers to obtain information and documentation
* Work closely with Business Development and internal teams
* Support onboarding and ongoing management of broker panel

* 2+ years' within similar role within commercial finance in either a lender or broker
* A confident communicator and ability to build relationships quickly
* Organised, proactive, and hungry to learn
* Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities
* CRM-savvy and process-driven
