The Role
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:
3. Manage your own caseload of high-quality dispute resolution matters under Partner supervision.
4. Work on a diverse range of commercial disputes, including banking & finance litigation, contract disputes, professional negligence claims, shareholder disputes, defamation, judicial review, and contentious insolvency.
5. Collaborate with leading individuals in the field on complex, high-value cases.
6. Play a key role in the team's continued growth and success in the Brighton market and beyond.
Requirements
7. 2+ years PQE in Commercial Dispute Resolution with a strong track record.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
9. A meticulous eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
10. Experience in intellectual property and technology disputes is highly desirable.
