You can expect to be involved in drafting and negotiating manyplex IP, IT andmercial agreements including (but not limited to) licensing and assigning IP, collaboration agreements, R&D agreements, SaaS agreements, agile agreements, terms and conditions, supply, distribution and agency agreements. Your client base will include businesses and institutions of all sizes and across all sectors and there will, as a result, be excellent opportunities for business development.
