Contract & Finance Administrator Location: RAF Feltwell with some limited travel across USAF sites in the UK Business: ESS - Defence, Marine & Aviation About the Role We are seeking a financially focussed and detail-driven Contract Administrator to support our United States Air Force (USAF) portfolio of soft FM services across 12 sites in the UK. This is a high-impact role at the centre of commercial performance, responsible for strengthening financial control, improving cash flow, and ensuring compliance across a complex, multi-contract environment. Why This Role Matters Our USAF contracts are complex and highly regulated, with multiple task orders, over 200 contract line items, and strict compliance requirements. This role is critical to reducing financial leakage, improving working capital, and strengthening compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Commercial Control • Manage and track all task orders and funding positions • Own end-to-end invoicing process (WAWF) • Reduce invoice rejections through proactive engagement • Monitor payment status and drive debt recovery • Track funding updates via PIEE and SAM Cost Management & Efficiency • Monitor ordering to drive compliance and cost reduction • Control uniform and consumable spend • Analyse labour data to identify inefficiencies • Maintain system accuracy and reporting integrity Compliance & Risk Management • Maintain oversight of PWS/QASP requirements • Manage asset registers and fleet administration • Oversee PAT testing and compliance documentation • Support audits and reporting requirements About You • Strong financial or commercial administration background • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Strong Excel and data handling capability • Ability to manage multiple priorities Desirable Experience • Defence, FM or contract environments • Systems such as WAWF, SAP or similar • Understanding of compliance frameworks What We Offer A high-visibility role with genuine commercial impact, career progression opportunities, and exposure to international defence contracts.
