Summary
As an International Treasury Specialist you will support the Group Treasury function by managing day‑to‑day treasury operations across the company's global footprint. You will help optimise liquidity, manage cash flows and foreign exchange exposure, process international payments, and maintain strong relationships with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant and timely treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting for multiple currencies and entities, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs.
* Execute and process international payments including FX, wire transfers and intercompany recharges using treasury management systems and banking portals.
* Monitor bank account structures and signatory mandates; support account opening, maintenance and KYC requirements with banking partners.
* Support foreign exchange hedging operations and liaise with external counterparties to execute FX strategies under guidance from the Treasury Manager.
* Reconcile treasury transactions, maintain accurate cash and bank reconciliations and support month‑end close activities.
* Prepare and maintain treasury reports, cash forecasts and key performance metrics for senior management and Group Finance.
* Collaborate with the Group Tax, Accounting and Commercial teams to ensure correct treatment of intercompany flows, tax and compliance obligations.
* Maintain and improve treasury processes and controls, supporting policy implementation and internal and external audit requests.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across regions and with external banking partners to support treasury needs.
* Carry out additional ad‑hoc treasury and finance projects as required by management.
Key Requirements
* Experience in a treasury, corporate banking or finance operations role within a multinational environment.
* Strong understanding of cash management, FX markets, payments processing and bank relationship management.
* Proven ability to prepare cash forecasts and manage liquidity across multiple currencies and entities.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with strong reconciliation and reporting capabilities.
* Confident user of treasury management systems, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Excel and banking portals.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work collaboratively across cultures and time zones.
* Professional qualification in finance, accounting or treasury (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACT) desirable but not essential.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills desirable depending on regional coverage.

Additional Information
* This role will be based at our Coventry office and will require being on‑site full time.
* Frequent interaction with regional finance teams may require travel; applicants must therefore have the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
* Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
* This role is up to 6 months on a contract, but could be extended.
