The Role:
* Manage projects end‑to‑end: from concept design and planning through to delivery and handover.
* Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
* Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management, keeping projects on track and clients informed.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and quality benchmarks.
* Champion innovative solutions and sustainable practices that add value for clients.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact throughout.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing design & build projects in office or commercial fit‑out.
* Strong technical knowledge of D&B JCT contracts, construction processes, building systems and industry regulations.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams.
* A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to deliver under pressure.
* Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management.
