A fast-moving technology start-up based in London, who are a leading battery software company developing cutting-edge modelling tools are looking for a Commercial Operations Coordinator to help strengthen and streamline their commercial pipeline.
You’ll play a vital role in keeping our CRM accurate, ensuring smooth handovers from sales to delivery, and keeping teams aligned as we scale.
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing order, structure, and communication to complex processes.
What You’ll Do:
Keep the CRM in top shape: Maintain accurate deal data and ensure the commercial pipeline reflects real progress.
Own the sales-to-operations handover: Make sure new customer projects transition smoothly into delivery.
Coordinate across teams: Keep Commercial, Operations, and Customer Success teams informed and aligned.
Track and follow up: Monitor actions and timelines to maintain momentum and accountability.
Support process improvement: Help streamline workflows and reporting as the business grows.
