Project Manager

Project Manager looking for your next opportunity within the hospitality industry?
Our Property Team is in search of a hardworking and ambitious Project Manager
to join them in delivering major refurbishment projects and new site openings
UK wide. This role is a permanent position.
* Remote working, largely field based in various locations
UK wide and home working.
* Requirement to visit Tenpin Support Centre in Cranfield as
required.
The Role
The successful candidate will –
* Oversee projects from inception
to completion.
* Engage Principal Designers, Principal Contractors,
Building Control and ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
* Ascertain suitability of
feasibility layouts and progress to full architectural & design packages.
* Compile project budgets and
gain necessary internal approvals.
* Prepare project programmes in
conjunction with the appointed main contractor.
* Conduct pre-start and ongoing site
meetings.
* Coordinate and supervise all
aspects of the project including internal departments, direct contractors and the
appointed main contractor.
* Ensure projects are delivered legally & safely and
within the agreed timescale and budget.
Requirements
* Experienced Refurbishment & Fit-Out Project Manager
with at least 2 years’ experience preferably within hospitality, handling
multiple projects at once.
* Proven track record in delivering projects.
* A broad knowledge of construction and fit-out processes and
fire safety systems.
* Strong IT skills are essential along with excellent
communication and organisational skills.
* Full UK Driver’s License
* Must be willing to travel and stay away.
* Access and use of own vehicle
