As a Branch Manager based in Gloucester you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading, developing and motivating the team
* Focusing on sales, performance & growth
* Providing excellent customer service, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures, health & safety and leadership/ people management of the team.
And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful...
* Previous branch management experience
* Industry experience – Trade / Pipe and Climate / Distribution would be advantageous
* Strong sales background
* Strong focus on sales growth and developing the team
* Excellent people management skills
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, 08:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday
