Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise up to 10 Quality Control Technicians
* Ensure rigorous testing standards in line with British Standards and UKAS procedures
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Whatley Laboratory
* Collaborate with Area and Regional Technical Managers to maintain excellence
* Support continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership in a technical or laboratory setting
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency
* Experience in field testing and specimen preparation (Concrete, Asphalt, Quarry)
