Staff Human Resources Specialist Job Description - Supports HR Initiatives across the EMEA Regional HR Team. - We are seeking a Staff HR Specialist who is passionate, collaborative, and results-driven to join our high-impact HR team. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional who can partner with multiple HR Team members to deliver on varying projects. The ideal candidate will also bring strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment. Supporting the EMEA Regional HR Leadership team with HR Project delivery - Partner directly with Regional HR leaders to lead and deliver strategic HR initiatives that support business goals. - Collaborate with the Regional HR team and other stakeholders to ensure strong execution and on time delivery of HR initiatives - This could be through attending project meetings, keeping track of project tasks, collating information from various stakeholders and analsing the results and problem solving with the team. Support to the Regional HR Team - Can provide Advisory support to the HRBPs during busy periods across the EMEA region, providing hands-on support and decision-making where needed. - Supports with the continual standardisation efforts and transfer of transactional tasks between Regional HR and HR Operations. Additional HR Generalist support as required - Provide flexible, senior-level generalist support across the region when required, bringing best practices and consistency to all tasks. Qualifications - Academic degree in the area of HR Management or other relevant study (business administration, law, psychology). - Additional local professional HR qualification beneficial - Fully qualified and experienced professional. Experience with multiple countries in EMEA helpful. - Typically requires 8 years of related experience. - Works on complex problems of diverse scope and nature, determining own methods and techniques appropriate for the scenario. - Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
