A Media and Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to promote a company’s brand, products, or services across various channels.
Primary Objective
To drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and media campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Social Media: Update and manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok; respond to comments and messages on all four platforms.
* Marketing: Manage SEM and SEO; update the company website; update On The Market, Park Move, and Pitch Up; maintain website for Beverley Holiday Park.
* Advertising: List properties on the website through our Assisted Sale Scheme; every week, browse other parks, create listings, and post on the website for parks on the Assisted Sale Scheme; update the window displays regularly.
* Customer Satisfaction: Email and make a courtesy call when a sale completes or a customer moves in, encouraging them to write a review on Google and Trustpilot.
* Team Bonding/Events: Organise team building, summer, Christmas, charity events; hold regular meetings/catch‑ups with sales and accounts to discuss how to drive/improve the business.
Working Hours
9:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday; 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Friday.
