Overview
As part of the Digital Education Team, the post holder will provide administrative support to staff within the Training and Education team, ensuring the department runs smoothly. This includes customer service, clerical support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with training coordination. The apprentice will undertake structured learning and development activities aligned with the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
* Attend college/study sessions as required
* Work with an assessor/mentor to develop a work-based portfolio
* Undertake work-based assessments
* Complete assignments/projects relating to the apprenticeship framework
* Present evidence portfolios for assessment within specific timeframes
* Develop and expand knowledge and skills in line with trust/service/professional development
* Participate in Performance Development Appraisal
* Work across teams within the department to attain required units for the intermediate Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship (Level 2)
