The Humber Estuary Federation is seeking a highly organised, flexible and professional Business Manager to lead the Office/Administration team at our fantastic school from mid January 2026.
The successful candidate will have an outstanding skill set and a proven track record in financial management, human resources management, administration and premises management, ideally in a school setting.
We are looking for a Business Manager who:
1. is well-organised, calm and can meet deadlines;
2. can prioritise and work independently;
3. is able to cope with the busy and varied role of a School Business Manager in a primary school;
4. can establish and maintain good relationships and work well as part of team;
5. is willing to support general admin in our school office once a week;
6. has high standards of professional conduct and personal integrity.
