We’re supporting a global engineering and energy leader in the search for an experienced Strategic Procurement Specialist to lead high-value sourcing and supplier strategy activities across aerospace and industrial components.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations
🔹 Drive cost optimisation through cost breakdown & value engineering
🔹 Develop long-term supplier and category strategies
🔹 Manage commercial risk and ensure supply continuity
🔹 Engage senior stakeholders in a complex, global matrix
Key Requirements:
🔹 Strong strategic procurement experience
🔹 Background in aerospace or automotive
🔹 Strong negotiation, supplier management & stakeholder skills
🔹 Cost value engineering expertise
🔹 Intermediate Excel capability
🔹 Degree qualified (CIPS preferred)
