Under the supervision of the Manager (Refuse & Cleansing) / Supervisors to carry out Contractual Street Cleansing duties and when operationally applicable drive Council vehicles. Key Results Areas 1. Day to day completion of cleansing tasks, as per specification of the Contract, and in accordance with the Daily Route Schedules. 1. To drive Council vehicles complying with all instructions as issued in the Driver Handbook. 1. Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations, including the wearing of Council uniform, including protective clothing, and footwear. 1. To take reasonable care of own and others safety; to co-operate with managers/ supervisors in complying with statutory health & safety duties; to report incidents, accidents, faults etc. 1. When instructed attend all training courses. 1. Undertake such driving/cleansing duties as directed by the Manager (Refuse & Cleansing).
