About The Role

Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, we are looking for aWarehouse Shift Managerto lead one of our day shift teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure safety compliance, and support HR functions within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast moving environment
* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
* Oversee HR functions, including attendance, disciplinary etc.
* Conduct team briefings, resolve issues, and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity
* Support recruitment and onboarding of new warehouse staff
About You
Previous Experience Required:
* Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, ideally in fresh produce
* Experience in a high-volume, retail supply environment
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* HR experience, including managing attendance, recruitment and supporting team development
