Axcis Education are working with a large, vibrant SEND school in Poole, supporting children and young people aged 5–11 with a range of additional needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and ADHD. The pupils thrive in small class groups of no more than 10, supported by a dedicated and experienced team who are passionate about helping every child realise their potential. We are currently recruiting full-time Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team. Roles are available to start immediately or from September, depending on your availability. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting. Many of our staff begin on a temporary basis, with strong potential to move into a permanent role. We also offer ongoing training and development, with many of our TAs progressing into teaching, therapy, or pastoral careers.
