Job Title: Junior Service Advisor
Our client is a franchised car dealership seeking a Junior Service Advisor to join their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all service telephone and walk-in inquiries.
2. Greet customers, qualify, and identify their needs for vehicle drop-off.
3. Progress and update customers throughout the day.
4. Discuss and upsell additional work; advise and forward diarised unsold work.
5. Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customers.
About You:
* Must have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor within a franchised main dealership.
* Preferably experience with a prestige brand.
* Excellent customer handling skills.
* Positive, customer-focused attitude.
* Valid driving license.
Package:
Basic salary: £22,000.
Background in reception work, call centers, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
