Role/Job title - Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)- Collections TransformationWork Location - Glasgow, UKRole type - ContractingMode of working HybridIf Hybrid, how many days are required in office - 3Contractor Rate (if applicable) - £600- £650 Day rateDuration of assignment - 06 Months with likely extensionThe RoleThis role Pega collection - Lead system architect is a key role who will be playing a critical architect role for strategic Pega collections transformation programme which is under the close watch of the CIO.Your responsibilitiesOwn and define the overall Pega solution architecture for the Collections program, covering early, mid, late, and legal collections journeys.Lead the design of Pega application structure, including framework and implementation layering, class hierarchy, and reuse strategy.Architect and govern the use of Pega Collections and Customer Service case types, ensuring correct extension of out-of-the-box capabilities.Define the approach for integrating Pega Customer Decision Hub to enable Next-Best-Action and Next-Best-Payment strategies.Ensure collections decisioning, workflows, and customer treatments meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements across geographies.Provide architectural oversight for integrations with core banking systems, payment gateways, CRM systems, and external agencies.Define non-functional architecture covering performance, scalability, availability, resilience, and security.Establish DevOps, branching, deployment, and release management standards for large multi-team delivery.Review designs and code produced by CSSAs and SSAs to ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and program standards.Act as the primary technical authority and escalation point for all Pega-related decisions within the program.Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience:Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).Extensive hands-on experience delivering Pega solutions for large banking or financial services clients.Strong experience with Pega Collections Framework and Pega Customer Service for Financial Services.Proven experience integrating Pega Customer Decision Hub for collections and customer treatment strategies.Experience leading architecture for complex, high-volume, regulated enterprise programsAbility to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide clear technical direction to large delivery teams.TPBN1_UKTJ
