Retail Senior Client Lead - Personalisation
We are looking for a Senior Client Lead on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with a strong personalisation and activation focus. The role provides an opportunity to become a trusted partner and work closely with Tesco’s Insight, Personalisation and Media teams. You will partner with data scientists to develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and continue to drive customer‑centricity and deliver business value to both Tesco and dunnhumby.
What we expect from you
* Experience building strong client relationships and managing stakeholders, establishing trust with new and existing clients to become a true partner.
* Strong understanding of personalisation, loyalty or media proposition mechanics, and the levers retailers can use to drive customer relevance at speed and scale.
* Experience unlocking commercial value through more relevant and timely products, services or experiences for customers.
* Ability to identify opportunities for increased supplier investment, measurement and optimisation.
* Experience analysing data to solve challenging problems and deliver business value; confident translating insight into clear, compelling messages.
* A natural problem solver, with a sharp, curious mind and the confidence to proactively pursue opportunities.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.
* Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives for different stakeholders and deliver work on schedule.
* Backgrounds may include media, marketing, personalisation, loyalty, retail, consulting or insight‑led commercial roles.
