Job Role: HR/recruitment Assistant
Salary: £23,500-£25000
Location: Mountsorrel (Based in the office on a full time basis)

My client based in Mountsorrel are looking to introduce an Assistant HR/Recruitment assistant to their team to provide comprehensive administrative/on boarding support to the Hiring Managers and the Head of Recruitment
Responsibilities.
* Processing candidate applications through our ATS (Matron).
* Updating and managing all social media platforms.
* Accurately maintaining office systems and databases
* Manage all Reference checking and chasing across the group.
* Processing online DBSs for all candidates and understanding the importance speed and type of DBS needed.
* Assigning online training to successful candidates and maintaining their training is up to date as an employee.
* Being a point of contact for all new starters within their first month.
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail is essential to excel in this role.
* Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and employees.
* Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
* Experience in a HR/Recruitment setting
