Head of Sales

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

About the role
Beal Group is entering an ambitious growth phase across its portfolio of brands, including Tony Beal Ltd, Stronghold, Rhino, and BCT Outdoors.
We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead revenue growth, strengthen key account performance, and build a high-performing sales organisation capable of delivering our 2026–2029 growth ambitions.
This is a senior leadership role focused on driving sustainable revenue growth, margin improvement, strategic account development and sales team performance across key sectors including transport, airmotive, modular manufacturing, defence, construction and manufacturing.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing the Group’s sales strategy, building a high-performing culture, strengthening key customer relationships, and improving sales processes, forecasting and commercial performance. The role also includes intermittent field work, visiting customers and prospects to build relationships, support major opportunities, and stay closely connected to market needs.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the Group sales strategy across multiple brands and sectors
* Drive revenue growth, margin improvement and forecasting accuracy
* Develop key accounts and target new business opportunities
* Lead, motivate and develop internal and field-based sales teams
* Intermittently visit customers, prospects and key accounts to strengthen relationships and support growth
* Embed strong sales processes, CRM discipline and KPI reporting
* Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Finance to improve commercial performance
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sector opportunities
What we’re looking for
* 8 years minimum experience in a senior B2B sales leadership role
* Strong track record of delivering profitable growth
* Experience managing both internal and external sales teams
* Commercially astute, strategic and highly results-driven
* Confident using CRM systems, forecasting and performance reporting
* Experience in sectors such as defence, construction, manufacturing, textiles, modular or transport would be advantageous
* Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship-building skills
