Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Seeking professionals that will deliver essential speech-language services to a range of students from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade. This role focuses on addressing diverse communication needs, ensuring that each student has the support necessary for their academic success.
Location: Salem, OR
Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language skills.
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
* Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students.
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student needs.
* Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent SLP license or certification.
* Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborative practices.
