My Client is looking for a Deputy Manager to work in their friendly site in a lovely British coastal town. Food is served straight from the kitchen and crafted drinks poured at the bar every day of the week, as well as the perfect place for a getaway for 14 beautiful bedrooms.
Responsibilities
* Assist the GM with the day to day management of the business
* Back of House Reporting
* Train and Develop Team
* Drive service and maintain standards
* Seek innovative ways to drive trade
* Exceptional knowledge, passion & experience in a fresh food environment
* Function planning
* Ability to survive under pressure
