SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
SALARY UP TO £42,000

We’re partnering with a long-established, fast-growing data-led marketing agency that works with some of the UK’s best-known brands. Following a period of growth and new client wins, they’re looking to hire two Senior Account Managers to strengthen their client services team.
This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Account Manager (or a strong Account Manager ready to step up) who enjoys being close to clients, delivering high-quality work, and thinking strategically about how accounts can grow. You’ll work closely with Account Directors to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered smoothly, while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Act as a key day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
* Work closely with Account Directors to deliver against client briefs and wider account strategy
* Manage delivery of projects across creative, development, strategy, and data teams
* Support strategic thinking within accounts, identifying opportunities to add value and improve performance
* Own timelines, priorities, and internal coordination to ensure smooth delivery
* Confidently communicate progress, recommendations, and next steps to client stakeholders
* Balance multiple short-term projects in a fast-moving agency environment
* Ensure work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope
YOUR SKILLS:
* Experience at Senior Account Manager level, or Account Manager ready to step up
* Background in data-led marketing, digital, or CRM-adjacent work (CRM experience not essential)
* Experience working with large, well-known brands
* Strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities within client accounts
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a delivery-focused, fast-paced agency environment
* Organised, proactive, and collaborative approach to work
* Personable and approachable — someone clients and teams enjoy working with
