Operations & Marketing Coordinator
to join our team and play a central role in keeping our business running smoothly, our brands shining, and our customers delighted.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of the action, one moment supporting with orders and client communications, the next scheduling social media content, planning visitor centre events, or ensuring everything is in place for a smooth delivery. If you thrive on variety and enjoy both the detail and the bigger picture, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing:
* Operations & Business Support:
Helping the business run seamlessly by processing orders, supporting finance admin, managing suppliers, and being the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors.
* Marketing & Communications:
Bringing our brands and visitor centre to life online by creating engaging social content, supporting campaigns, and working with both internal teams and external partners.
* Events:
Playing a key role in planning and delivering unforgettable events, both internally in our Visitor Centre, and externally at county-wide events.
* Sales Support
& E-Commerce
:
Working closely with the Sales Director to prepare documents, liaise with clients, ensure samples and information get to the right people at the right time, and
managing online sales, coordinating shipments for our own brands and contract clients.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Customer service
* Experience with Canva and Meta Business Suite
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Keen attention to detail
* Comfortable with finance/admin tasks (e.g. purchase orders, invoices)
* Proactive and adaptable team player
