Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and deliver engineering projects to exacting standards of quality, cost, and schedule.
* Contribute to bids and tenders, helping shape future workstreams and customer solutions.
* Be part of a team delivering bespoke, low-volume, high-value engineering projects for defence and aerospace clients.
* Own smaller-scale projects or packages, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
* Translate technical requirements into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
* Monitor progress, identify issues early, and drive resolutions that keep projects on track.
* Prepare reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
* Champion continuous improvement across project delivery and operational processes.
Beneficial Skills / Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline.
* Experience working within project teams in technical environments.
* Shopfloor and office based – someone who is happy to get their hands dirty
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Familiarity with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and commercial awareness.
* Ideally working towards a professional qualification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, or chartered status).
* Due to the nature of our work, all roles are subject to security clearance and export control checks.
Additional Details
* Mon – Thurs – 8:00am – 4:30pm - 1pm Friday finish
* Office Based – 5 days per week
* Negotiable salary bracket
