The Role Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable) Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum Support students in developing reading, writing, and analytical skills Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment Monitor and track student progress effectively The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Specialism in English Language and/or Literature Strong classroom management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
