Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated senior administrator to work within our care coordination centre. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to clinical community services, handling sensitive information, managing deadlines, and delivering excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communicate and manage appointment and clinical-related information, ensuring a patient-centric approach.
2. Manage data effectively to support service operations.
3. Plan, organise, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and optimise resource use.
4. Lead specific administrative hubs, such as information governance, asset register, or system champion roles.
5. Prepare reports and correspondence related to patient care.
6. Respond to enquiries from services and patients, escalating when necessary.
7. Maintain adequate clinical and office supplies.
8. Produce performance monitoring reports as directed.
9. Support administrative functions within the team, including arranging meetings, taking minutes, and managing caseloads.
