Private Investment Management Company - Junior Office Manager
A private investment management company based in Mayfair is seeking a Junior Office Manager to join their friendly team. This is a full office-based role with hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
* Degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge university
* Three A-levels, all graded A
* Maths GCSE with grade 7 or higher
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the office environment and presentation
* Handling office suppliers and travel arrangements
* Managing reception and serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
* Managing incoming mail, booking meetings, and preparing meeting rooms
* Assisting Directors with personal admin tasks
* Providing holiday cover for the Executive Assistant
* Organizing team events
* Ordering office supplies and arranging daily lunches
Candidate requirements:
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Attention to detail
* Team player with good communication skills
* Willingness to assist where needed
