Key Responsibilities:
* Logging/Ticketing Incoming Requests
* Answer all queries efficiently via email and/or telephone.
* Administer and maintain corporate customer infrastructure both onsite and hosted within Microsoft 365
* Server administration; monitoring, maintenance, and support.
* Onsite Support as and when required by customers
* Updating technical documentation

* Azure AD and Microsoft 365

Salary and benefits will be dependant on experience and skill set.
