We have an exciting new vacancy for a Bar Manager to join our team at The Grand Burstin Hotel in Folkestone. This superbly located 481 room hotel is based on the seafront, overlooking Folkestone's picturesque harbour and just a short walk to local amenities such as Folkestone centre and Folkestone central train station.

Your duties will include:
Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
Effectively control stock movement and all money received.
Recruiting, training, developing and managing all bar staff.
Ensuring all staff work within the confines of the Licensing Law.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers and be available to work varied shifts .
