Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and enhancing student learning.
* Provide individualised and small group support to students requiring extra help.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a well-structured environment.
* Assist in organising teaching materials and classroom resources.
* Offer support to students with special educational needs (SEN) as needed.
* Participate in school events, activities, and meetings with parents as required.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
* A caring, patient, and supportive approach when working with children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus, though not essential.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
