Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate financial and statistical records. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Conduct market and price comparisons to maintain a competitive edge. Lead by example, promoting a positive team culture and a commitment to excellence. Skills/Qualifications/Experience: Proven experience in a retail or sales supervisory role (experience in mobile phones or consumer electronics). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good understanding of sales techniques, visual merchandising, and stock management. Financial awareness with the ability to analyse sales data and performance metrics. Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office applications. Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure. Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment. Relevant bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
