Are you an experienced carer looking for longer, more meaningful shifts supporting clients in their own homes? We've been providing compassionate, community-based care across England for over 25 years-and we're looking for dedicated carers like you to join our team in Warwickshire .

What You'll Be Doing
* Working 1:1 with clients in their homes
* Supporting with personal care, medication, meal prep, and daily routines
* Assisting with outings like shopping trips or appointments
* Building strong, trust-based relationships with your clients
Where You'll Work
You'll need to be flexible and able to travel throughout Warwickshire, including areas such as Nuneaton, Leamington Spa and Rugby
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 6 months' UK care experience
* Confident supporting clients with learning disabilities, dementia, and mental health
* Over 18 years old
* Full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle or reliable transport
* Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available)
Shift Patterns
* Early, late, and night shifts available
* Full-time hours including weekend availability
