HR Director — Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Up to £145,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our client, a fast-growing, private equity-backed business, is looking for a commercially sharp HR Director to lead its people strategy through an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving organisational performance, building leadership capability, and ensuring the business has the talent, structure, and culture to scale successfully.
The Role
* Shape and deliver a high-impact people strategy aligned to growth objectives
* Partner with the CEO and exec team to drive performance through people
* Lead organisational design, transformation, and workforce planning
* Build strong leadership pipelines and oversee senior talent strategy
* Drive a high-performance culture, engagement, and change initiatives
* Define reward and incentive frameworks aligned to results
* Oversee a scalable, high-performing HR function
* Use data and insights to inform decision-making and track impact
About You
* Experienced HR leader within a 300+ employee, fast-paced or PE-backed environment
* Commercial, data-driven, and highly credible with senior stakeholders
* Proven in driving change, transformation, and growth
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* CIPD qualified
