We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused ICT Service Desk Officer to join our friendly and supportive ICT team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high‑quality ICT support across the organisation, helping both school staff and corporate users to stay connected and productive. You will be at the heart of our service, providing first‑line support and ensuring that ICT issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing telephone, in‑person and remote ICT support to a wide range of users.
* Troubleshooting hardware, software and network‑related issues.
* Supporting the delivery of ICT services across schools and corporate environments.
* Coordinating with other ICT staff and teams to resolve more complex issues.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of ICT systems and services.
* Based primarily at Canolfan Rheidol, Aberystwyth, with occasional travel to other county sites as required.
