About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead Beam's expansion into the public sector with our innovative AI products. Reporting to the Co-Founder, you will be instrumental in transforming how frontline workers across sectors like justice, education, and policing use technology to improve services.
Our first product, Magic Notes, is an AI-powered tool designed to significantly reduce admin time for frontline workers. Your responsibilities include securing early adopters, building case studies, and exploring new sector opportunities.
You will focus on identifying high-impact opportunities, securing pilot partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to refine Magic Notes based on feedback. Whether working with probation officers, police, or education providers, you'll help shape AI's role in public services at scale.
This hands-on role involves researching, building a sales pipeline, and testing strategies to contribute to a sales playbook. You'll be part of the UK's leading 'Tech for Good' startup, helping build an AI division with a broad societal impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a pipeline from start to finish, building relationships with public sector decision-makers.
* Maintain sales records in CRM (Hubspot) for accurate forecasting and insights.
* Contribute ideas to product development and company strategy.
