Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Valuer to join a busy and successful sales office. The role is suited to a confident, polished property professional with strong valuation experience, instruction-winning ability, and a proactive approach to business development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct residential market appraisals and win new instructions Manage buyer and seller enquiries professionally and efficiently Match applicants to suitable properties and qualify client requirements Actively generate new business opportunities to grow market share Manage and maintain existing client properties Assist colleagues with viewings when required Support the sales progression process through to completion Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins Attend team meetings and prepare for valuation and instruction appointments Deliver consistently high levels of customer service Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record within residential estate agency sales Strong experience conducting market appraisals and winning instructions Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills Results-driven, tenacious, and self-motivated mindset High professional and ethical standards Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Full UK driving licence and own car essential Package and Benefits: £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary Uncapped commission with OTE £45,000 - £50,000 Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:45am - 4pm Business mileage allowance Business car parking permit Ongoing training and professional development Funded NAEA exams and membership Clear and structured career progression path Supportive, high-performing team environment Any questions, email us at info@clearviewrecruitment.com
