The department of 14-19 Curriculum plays an exciting and vital role in the student experience at Preston College and ensures students receive a high-quality service. This department is central to the smooth recruitment of students to college courses, progression whilst on programme and ultimately ending in a positive destination. Being part of this team as student manger, you will have the ability to work with students throughout their journey. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively and effectively with both curriculum and support staff whilst playing a crucial part in providing effective support for our students in both group, and one-to-one settings. Your primary focus will be on promoting positive engagement, encouraging academic achievement, and ensuring a seamless progression for our students as they transition into college life. Additionally, you will support your students as they prepare to transition to university and/or employment.
