In this role, the successful Vehicle Service Advisor or similar will act as the main point of contact. In addition, you will also be responsible for co-ordinating both service and repairs as well as providing clear solutions to clients. Finally, you will be responsible for the upsell of aftersales products.
The ideal Vehicle Service Advisor or similar will have previous experience in a Service Advisor role, and/or previous experience as a vehicle technician or similar having a prior customer facing role. In addition, you will also have a background within the automotive sector as well as a desire to work within a dealership setting. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.
