Key Responsibilities
* Assist with customs clearance to ensure full compliance with UK/EU regulations
* Process and manage high-volume emails (over 1,000 daily) in Microsoft Outlook with speed and accuracy
* Learn to complete customs declarations with precision
* Prioritize and execute tasks within tight deadlines, managing multiple workflows
* Support operations through data entry, customer communication, and workflow management
* Participate in comprehensive training on customs procedures and compliance
* Maintain professional communication with internal teams, customers, and customs authorities
Requirements
* Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) essential
* English (spoken and written)
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proactive, fast learner who thrives under pressure
* Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Passion for accuracy and a strong desire to learn
