Soho Farmhouse, surrounded by 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside, is a destination for food and drink, wellness, and outdoor activities. Located two hours' drive or a short train ride from London, it features 114 bedrooms, including cabins, huts, and farmhouse bedrooms, a state-of-the-art gym, Cowshed Spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and a cinema. The Role
We are seeking an experienced Teeny Assistant to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). Your primary responsibility will be to meet all children's needs in your care and ensure that the environment of Teeny Barn is clean, safe, and secure for children, members, guests, and colleagues.
Main Duties
1. Welcome, greet, and meet members and guests with a professional, warm, and friendly manner.
2. Interact and engage with all children.
3. Ensure the environment is safe for all children, parents, and colleagues.
4. Provide a happy, stimulating environment for all children.
5. Maintain the cleanliness of Teeny Barn at all times.
6. Keep children entertained through various activities.
7. Meet all children's personal needs, including nappy changing and toileting.
8. Report any safeguarding or illness concerns to the management team.

6. Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required.
Expected Working Hours
8-hour shift, 1 day per week including weekends; or 24-hour shift, 3 days per week including weekends.
