What you will do:
• 🔍 Improve onsite journeys and boost conversion
• 📊 Use data and CX tools to find opportunities
• 🛒 Optimise navigation, taxonomy, content and search
• 🧪 Run A/B tests and deliver data led improvements
• 👥 Lead and develop two team members
